Rules

1> Any person who has passed in any of the board, council or university examination as a student of the school will be eligible to apply for membership of the association and any other person who studied in the school for any period is also eligible apply for membership.

2> Any person after approval by the Executive Committee will be eligible to be a member and become a member on payment of his admission fees and membership given under Rule 9.

3> The Association shall maintain a Register of Members containing names, addresses, and their batch year of passing, the date of admission and cessation of membership. The Register will be kept open for inspection of the members of the association on requisition.

4> Frequent actions of any member, if found by the Executive Committee is detrimental to the interest and is violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Association, he may be after due enquiry, suspended or expelled from the membership by the Executive Committee.

5> A defaulting member whose name has been removed from the register for nonpayment of membership shall be readmitted by the Executive Committee only after payment of subscription in arrears.

6> A meeting of the Executive Committee shall be held atleast once in three months at such place, date and time, as the President or the Secretary may determine.

7> Atleast Seven days notice of the meeting specifying the place, time and the general nature of business to be transacted to every member of the Executive Committee.

8> A group of members of a particular geographical area, outside Kolkata, may apply to the Executive Committee.

9> ADMISSION AND MEMBERSHIP FEES
Admission Fees : Rs. 100/- , Life Membership : Rs. 2000/-
Annual membership : Rs. 100/- p.a.
The members must have to pay Annual Membership within the financial year it is falling due. The name of the member shall be struck off from the register if he fails to pay the membership within six months from the end of the Financial Year.

10> The Executive Committee shall have general power of supervision and conduct over all affairs of the Association and approve and arrange for all activities and programmes of Association.
